At BFIT Fashion, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we’re here to make it right.
✅ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.
Returned items must be in original packaging.
Final sale items, underwear, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
if you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping.
if you’re exchanging due to size or style preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@bfitfashion.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or send the replacement.
