Replacement & Exchange Policy

BFIT provides 2 Weeks return and exchange policy. You always have the option to get your items changed or refunded (if defected). To exchange/refund your items, simply return the package back to our address mentioned below and as soon as we receive it we will dispatch the replacement or pay you back.

In case of refund, delivery charges for both sides will be deducted from the actual order and rest of the payment will be sent via EasyPaisa / JazzCash or Bank Transfer.

Exchange process may take 5-7 days and additional charges for exchange will be Rs. 200 (Delivery charges).

Note: No return/exchange will be possible for items on SALE except only if they are defective in any way.
